Partner Program Terms
Effective for all active partners
These terms apply to every Veytralis partner. Activating a partner code in your dashboard records your acceptance.
1. Eligibility and independent relationship
Participation is intended for adults aged 21 or older who can enter into a contract and communicate responsibly with qualified laboratory researchers. Joining does not establish employment, agency, a legal partnership, or authority to act for veytralis.co. veytralis.co may decline or end participation as described in these terms.
2. Brand identity and authorized materials
Do not impersonate veytralis.co or imply that you are an official representative. Do not create look-alike accounts, domains, or advertising. Use brand materials only with permission, without altering them or suggesting an endorsement that does not exist. Any permission to use materials may be withdrawn.
3. Laboratory research only
Veytralis compounds are supplied for laboratory and in vitro research only. They are not for human or animal consumption, veterinary use, or medical, therapeutic, supplement, or cosmetic use. Do not promote ingestion, injection, self-administration, or provide dosing, cycling, or administration instructions for people or animals. A research-use disclaimer does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.
4. Accurate, evidence-based communication
Do not claim or imply that products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or alleviate disease or symptoms, or offer health, weight-loss, performance, recovery, anti-aging, hormonal, or aesthetic benefits. Do not imply FDA approval. Describe product identity accurately, and distinguish lot-specific reported analytical results from general product specifications. Do not invent purity, provenance, safety, or efficacy claims.
5. Responsibility for your content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of your own posts, messages, advertisements, and other communications. Do not suggest that veytralis.co endorses your statements. veytralis.co may review content and request correction or removal; such review does not transfer your responsibilities or waive applicable legal obligations.
6. Clear advertising disclosures
Clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection, including commissions, free products, or other compensation, close to the relevant endorsement or referral link. For example: ‘I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.’ Follow applicable advertising rules, including the FTC Endorsement Guides where relevant. Disclosures must be understandable and not hidden in fine print or behind additional clicks.
7. Lawful promotion and no manipulation
Respect platform rules, privacy, intellectual property, and applicable advertising and anti-spam laws. Do not target minors or audiences seeking human or veterinary use. No unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive advertising, fake orders, cookie stuffing, fabricated clicks, self-referral abuse, or impersonation. Brand-keyword advertising requires prior written permission.
8. Referral offers and attribution
Only communicate discounts, eligibility, and offers expressly confirmed by veytralis.co. Your partner code gives shoppers the discount shown in your dashboard. An order is credited to you once, whether the shopper used your link, your code, or both; a typed code takes priority over a link. Link visits are remembered for 30 days on the shopper's device. Self-referrals do not qualify.
9. Commissions, payouts, and taxes
Partners earn 10% of the line-item subtotal of each completed referred order, after discounts and excluding shipping and tax. Each order earns at most one commission. The public earnings estimator is illustrative, not a payment promise. You are responsible for your own tax obligations; payment or tax information may be requested where required by applicable law or the selected payout provider. Commissions become payable after a 30-day hold and are reversed if the order is refunded or cancelled; payouts are currently made manually.
10. Compliance review and participation
veytralis.co may decline applications or restrict participation for misleading content, prohibited promotion, fraud, or other material violations. Commissions on fraudulent or prohibited activity may be withheld. Questions or requests for review may be sent to info@veytraliswellness.com.
11. Privacy, updates, and electronic acceptance
Account information is handled under the website Privacy Policy. Referral links store your code on the shopper's device for 30 days so orders can be credited. Material term changes will be communicated and renewed agreement requested where required. Activating your code records the date you accepted these terms.
